Llama and Alpaca Experience
Llama and alpaca experience: meet the llamas and alpacas and learn about them, feed them, groom them, try out the obstacle course in the field. You can also access Cledan Valley campsite to try out the treasure hunt and then finish off at the Lodge for tea/coffee/squash and cake! You are welcome to stay on and bring your own picnic or have a BBQ. All ages can take part. Duration 2 hours.
Cost £25 per person (free for under 3s).
Lama Walk
Start by meeting our llamas and alpacas and learning about them. Then groom your walking Llama and get to know them over the Llama obstacle course. Then take your llama for a walk and complete the Llama treasure hunt over the 16 acre site finishing off at the Lodge for tea/coffee/squash and cake. Free use of the Lodge after your experience if you wish to have a picnic or bring a BBQ. Duration 2-3 hours. Ages 11+. Younger children can accompany an adult but cannot lead a llama . We would recommend the Llama and Alpaca experience for families with younger children. The terrain is not suitable for buggies. Maximum group size of 8 (4 llamas).
Cost: £30 per person, £15 for non-participating individuals.
Llama and Alpaca Picnic
Llama and alpaca picnic: Enjoy a family picnic in our llama and alpaca field. Beautiful views, friendly llamas and alpacas who you can feed (some suitable feed supplied). Burner for teas and coffees available. Bring your own food.
£40 per group (12-2pm) maximum group size 8.
Llama and Alpaca Party
Llama and alpaca party: Meet at the Lodge to learn about llamas and alpacas then walk over to meet them. Have a go at grooming an alpaca or llama and try out the obstacle course in the field. Then set out on foot on a treasure hunt with prizes for all, to take you back to the Lodge for a llama and alpaca crafting session followed by games and birthday tea (not provided). Finish off by toasting marshmallows over the firepit (fire lit for you). Parties for 6 year olds and older. Duration 2.5 hours.
Cost: £ 150. Groups of 4 to 10 participants.
